Mutual fund fact sheets are used to by fund marketing groups to promote their funds and are typically one to two pages long with content about the fund's strategy and a performance summary. These fact sheets are usually updated monthly or quarterly and can be distributed in variety of versions to reach targeted audiences ranging from broker-dealers to individual investors.
